Burgundy Chateau Apartments

We are a small, family owned business. In 1996 Earl Rentmeester, with over 30 years experience building custom homes for local Green Bay area families, built four apartment buildings with the help of his youngest son, Jeremy. It was his dream to pass on the business to his four children. His daughter, Kerri, is actively involved today as she learns the ropes.

We offer a small, quiet community. Each building has six units: four upstairs with cathedral ceilings and two ground level apartments. All units have two bedrooms and one bath. There are three floor plans available.
